1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pg4d strictly enforces this age requirement and will verify your age using government-issued identification documents.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform. Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals declared legally incompetent or under legal guardianship may not use pg4d services.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database, gambling addiction treatment program, or regulatory prohibition list that would prevent you from legally participating in online gaming activities.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Create only one account per individual. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

pg4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major banks; e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. • All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
• You will not use pg4d for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Deposit bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms outlined in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limits

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with approved KYC documentation before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing wagers is prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation. We reserve the right to reverse withdrawals and request additional verification if we suspect money laundering activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

All bonus decisions made by pg4d management are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

pg4d reserves the right to close accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, and pursue legal action against users who violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pg4d platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of pg4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:
